On Friday February 13th 2015 A Montgomery High School student died when he was thrown from his motorcycle after hitting a car making a turn on Highway 105 near Freeport Street. The accident occurred west of Conroe. According to the grandmother he had been riding motorcycles since he was nearly 4 year old, The Montgomery student had a deal with his grandparents, if he gave up the motorcycle (knowing it was dangerous) his grandparents would buy him a new Volkswagen Passat three months ago he agreed and they bought the car for him, he had put his motorcycle up for sale the day before the wreck.
